The musical ambition of many talented youngsters is frustrated because the costs involved in lessons, instruments and travel to events are too much for their families.

With this in mind the Young Musicians' Support charity, with the support of The Dartington Trust, was founded specifically to promote excellence and broaden the availability of musical education in North Devon.
